• These small, one-of-a-kind, delicate antique buckles are circa 1920s-1940s.
• When flipped over, you will notice brownish-yellow spots on it. I found them as is. Most likely, the Mother of Pearl buckles were exposed to chemicals or substances, such as perfumes, lotions, or hairspray, which can cause the surface of the nacre to erode and become discolored. Additionally, exposure to sunlight, heat, and humidity can cause them to become discolored and lose their luster over time. Please be mindful of this information when choosing where to store your earrings.
